Simon has 30+ years’ experience in data center, and telecoms operations. He joined Polar at its formation in 2024, focusing on the reliability, and performance of its data center portfolio. His expertise spans the design, engineering, and operational lifecycle of critical facilities, with a track record of delivering operational  best practices globally.
Simon holds a Master of Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the IET, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
